Chief Executive Officer

Established 12 May 2005 as a government funding and standards consultancy in community services, now the umbrella company for training, hospitality, and education technology ventures.

Study4NOW / Train4NOW (2024 - Present) , founder and product lead of an AI-assisted VET and workplace training platform. Designed a VET compliance system aligned to the 2025 Standards for RTOs: unit extraction and mapping, TAS build, and trainer and assessor credential checking. Built interactive, neurodiverse-first learning activities and a business capability evaluation method. Directed AI build tools under strict compliance and privacy rules.

The Edge Marina, Samoa (2012 - Present) , managed bar, restaurant, and POS/IT systems; developed database systems and a website; built online hospitality and community services training with AI assistance for learners with learning disabilities.

Government Funding & Standards Consultancy (2005) , advised community services organisations on government funding and standards; worked across the HACC scheme; established VET training in aged care in Brisbane under HACC.
