Start with my story. Then choose how you'd like to connect: help shape Study4NOW, bring it to your organisation, connect with other teachers in T4NOW, or send me a quick message.
A short audio reflection on inclusive learning, real work, and why Train4NOW was built.
For deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors, and anyone who prefers to read, my story is also here as a written script.

I built Train4NOW because I kept seeing the same problem. Smart, capable people were being failed by training that did not match how they actually learn. This platform is my answer to that. Every tool here is designed to support real learners doing real work.

Study4NOW is being built with the people who will use it. If dyslexia, ADHD or another learning difference makes study harder, tell me what gets in your way and what would help. I read every message myself. Nothing you send is posted publicly.
Give every learner the same support from day one. Study4NOW helps your organisation meet its obligations under the 2025 Standards for RTOs and the Disability Standards for Education 2005: reasonable adjustments, authentic assessment and responsible AI use.
The value: one tool ready for every learner, instead of arranging support case by case. Consistent support across every campus and course. A clear, documented support option to show an auditor.
Under the 2025 Standards for RTOs, every RTO must support learners with disability, keep assessment fair and authentic, and use AI responsibly. Study4NOW is built around the same needs.
Reasonable adjustments (Standard 2.4)
The requirement: learners with disability take part in training and assessment on an equal basis.
How Study4NOW helps: read aloud, speech input, and fonts and spacing each learner chooses, all in one place from day one.
Fair and authentic assessment (Standard 1.4)
The requirement: assessment evidence is the learner's own work.
How Study4NOW helps: the app supports reading, planning and thinking. It never writes or completes an assessment, so the work stays the learner's own.
Learner support (Standards 2.2 and 2.3)
The requirement: identify support needs early, and give learners access to support.
How Study4NOW helps: learners use the same tools in class, at home and at work, on any device.
Responsible AI (ASQA guidance)
The requirement: human oversight, openness with students about AI, privacy, and equal access.
How Study4NOW helps: AI supports study and never makes an assessment decision. Trainers and assessors keep every judgement.
Contextualisation
The requirement: training fits the learner and the industry.
How Study4NOW helps: learners bring their own course material, so support matches the course in front of them.
Study4NOW supports these requirements. Your RTO stays responsible for consultation, support plans and assessment decisions. Based on the Standards for RTOs 2025 and ASQA guidance, checked October 2026.
Universities
TEQSA asks universities to redesign assessment for the AI era and set clear rules on AI use. Study4NOW keeps the student's own thinking at the centre, which suits assessment built around the student's own work.
Every sector
The Disability Standards for Education 2005 apply to universities, schools and VET alike, so the same adjustments help learners in every setting.
Employers
Staff studying for work get the same support on the job.
Every feature is on for every learner, with no diagnosis or request needed.
Read aloud
Study material and the learner's own work read aloud. Helps learners with dyslexia, low vision, or English as an additional language.
Speech input
Learners speak instead of typing. Helps learners who find typing or spelling hard, or have a physical disability.
Fonts, text size and line spacing
Each learner sets their own. Helps learners with dyslexia, low vision or visual stress.
Tasks in steps, with a planner
Big tasks broken into smaller steps. Helps learners with ADHD or difficulty planning and organising.
Any device
Works in the browser at home, at work or on the go.
Inside the T4NOW App, trainers connect with each other through built-in chat. Share what is working, ask for feedback on a session plan, or find a co-trainer in your region. You are not working alone.
